Students are hence forth referred to as Members AGREEMENT

By using this website, members are bound by the following agreement, operating rules and policies.

Access Rights: Members have the right to access and use the website, in accordance with this agreement. Members of this site are authorized to download a single copy of any document from the site for personal continuing education use. Members are not granted any rights to copy the website or any written code from the site. Members agree to access the website only through the interface that is provided. If a member uses the website or its contents in a manner that violates this agreement or intent of this agreement, the member’s access rights shall be terminated. Management of the site reserves the right to refuse access to any person or group, at its sole discretion.

Members agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding use of the Web Site and purchase of the services on the Web Site.

Management reserves the right at any time to modify or withdraw from the website any course material or part of any item.

Members grant management of the site the right to use aggregate statistical and demographic information in its operation of the website and obligation to make reports to accrediting organizations.

Second Chance Rights: Members have the right to one second attempt to pass an exam. Should a member require an additional chance to pass the exam, that member may do so with payment of an additional course fee.

Indemnity: Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless owners of the website, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from issues arising out of member’s use of the website. Visitor and members agree that management and agents of this site shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or loss caused by the use of this site or its resources.

Management and agents of the website shall not be liable, under any circumstance, for any loss of business, profits or goodwill, loss of use of data, interruption of business, or any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, even if management and agents of the site are aware of the risk of such damages, that result in any way from visitors and members ability or inability to use the website, or that may result from errors, defects, omissions, delays in operation or transmission, or any other failure of performance of service.


Use of material: Management and agents of this website grant members a nonexclusive, nontransferable use of the course materials (“Courses”) for which members are registering and paying the applicable fees. This use is not a sale. Management of the site retains all title, and ownership rights to the Course exams and website material. This use allows members to use the Course exam and related website functions based upon payments made by members and organizations representing members.

Members conduct: No visitor or member is allowed to remove proprietary information without the written consent from management or its agents. Members may not sell, rent, lend or otherwise transfer the Course exams or answers to another party. The Course exams contain copyrighted material, and other proprietary material.

Members agree to register in their own name, not to impersonate any other person or entity, and to provide truthful and accurate information.

By taking a course, members certify that they have the necessary knowledge and skills required to enter into the course, as specified in the target audience section.

Members agree not to post or transmit through website features and services any unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature. Members further agree not to post or transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation. Members agree not to post or send transmissions through the website, which attempt to hide their identity or represent themselves as someone else.

Indemnification: Since members are responsible for all tests submitted, each member agrees that all such course work shall be solely their own original work.

Exchanges: If the wrong course is accidentally purchased, we will be happy to assist members in making the correct purchase (exchange), provided the exam has not yet been taken.
Refunds: There is an automatic refund when requested on any course where an exam has not been taken within one month of the purchase. This does not apply when a participant purchases a group of course credits to be used over a specified period of time.
Exchanges and Refunds are not available for any course where the exam has been taken.

We are fully committed to conducting all activities in strict conformance with the ethical principles of professional associations that approved our organization as a provider of continuing education. We will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, program content and in the treatment of program participants.

The monitoring and assessment of compliance with these standards will be the responsibility of our continuing education administrator, and if needed, in consultation with continuing education advisory members.

While we go to great lengths to assure fair treatment for all participants and prevent potential problems, there will be occasional issues that come to the attention of staff that require intervention or action on the part of staff or the continuing education administrator. The following steps should serve as a guideline for handling such grievances.

All staff persons are encouraged to immediately resolve grievance issues to the satisfaction of the participant.

Participants of our continuing education courses can also direct all complaints to our administrator, who can be reached by clicking here or calling toll free at 1-877-724-6404.

The administrator will evaluate all grievances and take any necessary corrective action, which may include:
• specifically correcting the grievance to the person’s satisfaction or
• provide a credit for a subsequent course or
• provide a partial or full refund of the course fee.
All complaints are carefully and regularly considered for course and service enhancement.


Management of this site is committed to protecting privacy and earning your trust. The information we collect about you from our Web site is used to process registrations and purchases and to provide a more personalized experience as you use our services.
Type of information gathered: Anyone can browse our website without revealing any personal information about them self. It’s only when someone registers that we need to gather personal information:
When members choose to purchase and access our course offerings, we ask for information such as your name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number (to verify your identity in case you lose your account access information). During the purchase process we will ask for credit card number, expiration date, and other information to process your registration payment. If members identification information changes, such as zip code, email address, phone, members can make corrections or modify the information in your personal account.

We keep a record of courses members have purchased, completion status of those courses, and the total number of CE credits earned. This data is stored in our database for at least six years, as required by some of the continuing education approval granting organizations. A summary of members data can be found upon login to our system.

Approval organizations require us to obtain course satisfaction information upon the successful completion of a course. We ask members to evaluate their experience with our course material and website ease of use.

If members send us personal correspondence, such as e-mails or letters, we may keep a record of that correspondence. We also periodically ask users for feedback that we use to improve our service and products and add new features. If members respond to these requests, we may keep a record of those responses.

Use of Cookies: Cookies help Websites temporarily “remember” information about visitors. Its purpose is to make your Web experience more enjoyable. On our site, a “cookie” is a tiny file containing a unique code, which allows us to remember information that is provided. This is used to facilitate members ordering of courses as well as maintaining members’ account information. With this, we can identify members who are authorized to submit orders. It also helps carry over information members provide us from one webpage to another; thus reducing the need to retype the same information again and again.

Cookies can not read any personal information from members hard drive. It only stores data that is provided by the server or generated by information members submit to our website.

If users of the site do not enable cookies on their Internet browser, our computer software would not be able to process courses ordered, score exams, or print certificates.

Security: Restricting access to member’s personal information is our primary security concern. In addition to the security benefit of password authentication, we use Secure Server Software (SSL) to maintain the safety and privacy of your information. SSL is the industry standard and the most effective way to conduct secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Whenever you see a URL that begins with https://, you are using SSL.
Email addresses and other personal information is NEVER sold nor given to third parties.
